Ma Joly would be my choice too.
My wife and i dined there on our anniversary in March last year and the service,quality etc. is way better than Jimbaran Bay.
I have been to several places at Jimbaran and would rate all of them average at best.
The pick of them if pressed to do so would be Seastars Cafe.
