Nicki always replies to emails, i'd say perhaps people's spam is picking it up, which often does when coming from company's etc. My first reply from her went to my spam inbox, which I am lucky i check daily, so just authorised it as OK email to accept. I know she is flat out at the moment but she will always reply though.
I had a saving of about $500 easy from my quote off her compared to my own, so i booked and paid for it to avoid the fuel levy going up.
She is very good to deal with.
