We got ours just a couple of days ago. I have never had a problem getting a reply from her, and I have sent lots of emails asking all sorts of things, lol. Nicki is always prompt to reply and organise things, we used her services last year and this year. I know she was snowed under in the last few weeks though as she even had to get some help to get up to date with things. Try her again and type bali booking in as the subject, she really is very good.
