its awesome huh? I have had proper formal lessons, cds but this website is fantastic.
In response to the Tidak and politeness - just go through the lessons it gives many alternatives. I would suggest a Tidak terimah kasih, with a smile always works wonders. if you do the lian kali - or mungkin (spelling is wrong there i think), then you entering into the negotiation by responding with a maybe or maybe later etc - and this can be very disappointing for some traders.
