Took my pre-paid phone over and went to a Telcomsel shop and they said it is blocked and they can't help.A tiny general store near our hotel had a bloke there, reckoned he might be able to unblock it on his computer for Rp65 000 and would do it over night. Ended up buying a phone with a sim pati for about Rp350 000 and can use it in AUS.
