Yes was there a few weeks back- open 24 hrs and is a sports bar as well as cafe. Next door sells good coffee and is a little more upmarket. In the laneway next to Piggys is a new Hotel,fully refurbished-has about 12 rooms and only been open a month. Balita hotel - recon it should be called the hotel of many tiles - Tiles everywhere. Lovely pool nice rooms with basic breakfast served outside your door. USD$42 from memory was good value during high season. All helpful staff. The desk manager sleeps in a room that is adjacent to stair case - He is now called Harry Potter.
