I also have bought many pairs of bathers from the surf shops near Matahari Kuta, they have all sizes, from kids to adults, all adult sizes too. They are SO much cheaper then home, I got a billabong pair for $40 and a Roxy pair for my daughter for $25. The shop Dennisc suggested is great too.
