unforfunatly when the local people from other islands come to Bali for local holidays they do seem to wake up early and do not have consideration to other guest in hotels etc I find this often where i stay 6 months of each year. The problem seems that they have whole families in a room and there may be 3-4 fmailies that holiday together all normally with children so it is a case of we are awake everyone must be wake. Maybe you could either talk to them about the problem or talk to the hotel. I normally ask them to quieten down so i can sleep and usually this works ......well for a couple of days. :)
