most places will have highchairs, most of the ones we used had broken seatbelts, we used a sarong as a seatbelt instead. also had a stroller in case places didnt have highchairs.
Another thing is (if ur comfortable of course) is that in a lot of restaurants the workers will be honoured to nurse ur baby and look after him/her so that u can eat. i found this a worry at first, but they mean no harm what so ever,but still didnt take my eyes off them, but it was all good
