we flew to hawaii with them-fantastic! no complaints whatsoever-better than my several experiences with garuda to bali and a more comfortable plane!! maybe the aircraft they use to fly to bali are smaller than what they use for their hawaii route??-i will find out on my next trip to bali in june!!
