We had a great trip with them May/June 07, the Thai crew were lovely. We found the seats comfy and the 'bendy' headrest were terrific. Not a great deal of leg space for tall people and my 6"2" husband struggled and had to spread his legs to compensate... that's OK if you're on intimate terms with the passenger in the next seat. However, the tall lady behind me was travelling solo and sat next to a stranger and couldn't 'spread them legs' so the whole flight I had her knees in my back :-(
We took a play lunch going and pre-ordered food on the return flight... we had expected this to be breaky but they fed us about an hour after take off and it was THE most horrible airline food I have ever tasted... rough, roapy old chicken which we left.
They gave us a small bottle of water going but nothing on the return flight. I'm hoping they have rectified this as we are going again in March.
I think 6 hours is long enough but I would never fly a longer stretch say to Thailand with them.
