I did a lot of searching on my last trip, and the Department Store at Centro Shopping Centre, on Jl Kartika, Kuta is the Cheapest, I bought 100ml Lancome Hypnose cheaper than I could have bought 75mls Duty Free. Took down prices at the airport before departing Aus, and found that Centro was a lot cheaper. Happy Shopping, hope this helps.
