Have just booked 2 FF trips to Jakarta with Qantas from Sydney for 2 1/2 weeks in the July NSW school holidays.Yess!!!
Cost almost $300 in taxes each. Plan to head overland to Jogja then to Bali. will fly back to Jakarta from Bali (cheap as chips with Air Asia)
I think this is a great way to get to our beloved Bali in high season when no FF seats are available with Jetstar, plus we get to fly with, in my opinion, a better and full service airline.
Even if you don't want to do Java you can just fly straight to Bali :)
Good idea or what ?
