I have used the Kodak Shop at the entry to Poppies 11 Lane from Jalan Legian many times without any problems.
My 19 year old daughter was short changed 500,000 Rp this month by a money changer in Seminyak. After recounting the money, she went back to the money changer and threatened to go to the Polisi. She was handed back the 500,000 Rp with many expressions of sorry (Minta Maaf).
