A few weeks ago we were on Lembongan (2 girls) and we were going to hire a motorbile between us but when push came to shove we ended up doing a pillion hire for 3 hours and went around the island and ovewr to Cenigan. We hired from the first little shop on the beach as you walk down the steps from Lembongan Is Villas. The shop belongs to Made and Wayan. They also do snorkel trips as well on Made,s boat.Wayan also does a good maasage and will come to you and she allso works at the new Batu Waran Resort.
We found that Made and his mate were good guides to have along with the bikes an maneovered the many potholes and hill well. REMEMBER very few bikes on the island have insurance. We pd about 100.000 for about 3 hours for bike and rider. I think if memeory serves!
Much safer in the end if you are not expericned and also not all bikes are automatic on the island either. Have fun.Toni
