You can get genuine watches at DUTY FREE SHOPPERS next to Matahari at the big circle on the By-Pass in Kuta as well as at various outlets in Jakarta.
Have also seen several beautiful CARTIER watches at the CARTIER Shop at Plaza Indonesia in JKT which were discounted 50% i.e. selling around 100 million Rupiah instead of US$20,000+ in the West.
