We have done the Bali Hai Sunset Dinner Cruise several times and have always enjoyed it but last April it was not enjoyable at all. It was very hot on board, the food was ordinary and the live entertainment poor. We asked to have the aircon turned up but was told no. We won't be doing it any more. I wouldn't say it's romantic either.
