Got back today from 3 weeks in Bali. Great time. Last week in Candidasa I ate in "Vincents restaurant". They turn out to be one of 25 or so Balinese restaurants who have contributed to a book "Food for Life". This is a cookbook with most of the best restaurants in Bali having an entry. All profits go to a charity ... the Calvary Hospital in West papua. Book is hardback, colour photos and costs 50K rupiah...peanuts for a real souvenir that helps others.
If every forumite family visiting Bali could purchase a copy a lot of good could be done
