No need to book the perama just arrive at 10am, but if you are staying at those villas it will be a bit of a treck. Best to talk to the perama staff and they have a little green boat that they will take you around to Mushroom bay which would be a much closer drop off point. There is also a quick boat called the scoot boat, run by an aussie guy costs double the perama, we don't use it as we prefer to give the locals the business but plenty do. It leaves from the same place in Sanur and around the same time.
