I had a little giggle because on the streets of bali ten years ago the watch sellers all had yellow jerseys with a number on them. The hassle was unbearable because they were there about a metre apart. this was all the way up jalan legian. We were so fed up particularly when we saw the number 901. A javanese seller turned up every morning with really old clothes. That night we saw him get on a new motorbike. The next year he was employing young men and looking very up market. I was so glad when they were taken off the streets as they
really put the tourists off. Tida mau means No money and they usually leave you alone. good luck
