Had package booked there, arrived, no rooms available, sent us across the road to more crappy small hotel where we were offered no compensation and supposed to stay 2 nights there until room available! Took off to our favourite budget hotel in Legian ( PURI TANAH LOT) off Melasti St. Rooms there better than Baleka and cheaper!!
