- at Wartels, which are government run telephone shops in every district. Not hard to find and only a copy of your PP front page is required for TC's. Computer receipts issued and current exchange rates used. Perhaps the only always-honest money (cash or TC) exchange method in Bali. You can leave the PP in the hotel safe where it should be. TC's are the only safe means of travelling with money. Cash is very tempting to steal and cards are frequently skimmed. Just read the posts on the Forum here!
