I have been to Jogya a few times, Fantastic ! I would suggest you go to Borobudur for sunrise, this is one of the most beautiful and serene places I had been in all my trips and travels. Prambanan Temple is also amazing. Try to see a Shadow Puppet Play. Went to Ramyama Ballet, just out of Solo, in an open air cinema-amazing. Yes I did Mt Bromo, best to go night before, so as to see it on sunrise-take some warm clothes as it is might chilly earling morning (layer,as it gets stinking hot later)-spectacular...Do not go to a bull fight- bloody battle between two bulls - we left after 5 mins!Have been to Penang - beach area (only 24hrs as I was doing a "Visa"run from Singapore when I was working there !!
