I posted this further down, but no replies, so perhaps no one knows, but my friend is flying Indojet and has concerns after losing her money with AP.
Apparently Islandbound, who handle Indo jet, sell an insurance policy indemnifying against bankruptcy of airline. I usually use travelinsurancedirect and they certainly don't cover you. Anyone know any details of any other insurers that do cover you?
