hi there my husband has had 15 years experience surfing in bali knows all the breaks and best places when and where to surf(he has his secrets though).He takes the boys from nakula surf inn legian with him whenever he surfs, they are all drivers too, motorbike and car they all love a days surf so you can hire them to take you they know the island surf backwards.They love to party and are great to take out at night a couple are bouncers at bounty and other places so you are always in good hands there.If you want more info email me Ill put you in touch with them ,they are at legian - Nakula Surf Inn theres rooms to rent there too so so cheap but no hot water,air conditioning etc. but hey surfers are tuff???p.s. they can pick you up from airport no problems,wouldnt try to find surf in bali alone first time it can be very dangerous if you dont know the places you surfing at!
