It's an easy access villa only one step off the ground and 2 downstairs bedrooms. The pool is also easy access with wide steps.
Not fenced but I think the bedroom area can be closed up at night and there are 4 staff to watch the pool. Sounds like it's within your price range and having stayed there I can highly recommend.
