we took 2 1 year olds recently, and found it hard to find a driver with a baby seat, the only thing i can think of would be to either take ur own or buy 1 there and leave it when you come back.
As for drivers i can recomend one to you who would have to be one of the best people i have ever meet, not just as a driver but as a person, nothing is to much of a problem for him, maybe he can organise a baby seat for you as well, if you're interested in his details email me.
