I had glasses made in Bali in September.Took the reciept into HBF and they said no worrys,but it might take up to 2 weeks to get my refund.Well a week later I recieved the cheque.I would suggest that you just do that.As long as you are covered for glasses and you get a reciept stating the prescription details and its from a genuine optometrist,they will reinburse you.Cheers
