We too were at that cocktail party Putu Les in fact named along with others as their best customers, we were also at the cocktail party opening of the new office and flew out the next day with them with all the shoe boxes of goodies for the Bali kids and again we were at the closing party and farewell to the wonderfull Ros. Trenbath where we met the Melbourne staff who promised to do everything they could to help us keep flying with them this year, well guess what, despite numerous emails to Ms. Pleasance and phone calls a big nothing so we have booked both trips for this year with Singapore Airlines and I am afraid if this is how they treat loyal Adelaidites they deserve to lose customers I now have no sympathy whatsoever.
