provided that people WERE prepared to pay something like that - and providing the spiteful QF/JET* didn't step in to screw it up, albeit on a short-term basis, then I could see no reason why there couldn't be two - not one - services between Adelaide or Brisbane and Bali.
As I wrote earlier, back in the early days of sustainable fares and no "price wars", Garuda operated THREE services ex ADL (via MEL)into Bali.
