I used them for the first time last year and would use them again. I booked two separate nights in Singapore which were the green square which is instant booking. My son used them to stay at The Dynasty and they had to wait for approval. Had no problems getting the booking. I had tried at least four other sites and they wasted my time taking days to come back to me and saying they were booked out. Had no problems on arrival at hotels.
