You can get it off the shelf in chemists here, it's meant for hayfever, it's a nasal spray (which I hate, they just make my nose run usually) but I suffer from sinus pain too and I have found it works really well, and fast. I hope you find what you are after, nothing worse than sinus pain, it can quickly ruin a good holiday.
I can suggest the Ephidrine from the chemists over there, very cheap, but it will make you stay awake, especially if you take more than 2 at once. BE CAREFUL with them if you intend on using, if you have any heart dramas, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. But they do clear your sinus very well.
