The Sienna Villas, located very close to Bintang on a small laneway does provide a pool fence, if you request it.
Just email them for pricing.
Only problem is that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, which would be difficutl with a disability. Otherwise the Puri Sienna is the largest in the complex and all but one bedroom are on the ground level.
