have had quite a bit of trouble in booking. I have printed out all the emails as they also kept changing prices wouldn't return emails etc... They are wanting more now than they wanted in the high season back in August. I am planning on arguing the case when I get there. I don't think I will be returning after this but I am travelling with 3 young kids and no husband (he's staying behind renovating) so I needed the ease of the kids club, kids pool and babysitters. It is a shame as we have been there the past 4 trips and quite enjoyed it.
