We stayed in Unit 3 also in October last year. Loved it.
We are staying there in April, but have a 3rd Floor Unit. Also we are lucky enough to be going again in October where we once again have booked Unit 3. We loved the apartments, very clean and lots of space. After emailing the owner of the apartments, who we got to know, they dont expect the extentions to be finished until early 2009.
