from Sanur they will drop you right in the middle of all the accomodation at Jungabatu. It costs 70,000rp each way and is a traditional boat. There are plenty of bikes on Lembongan but no cars except for a few small trucks. Lembongan village is on top of a hill so I doubt that any boat would be dropping you there.
