I would highly recommend Lindas Bungalows ( on the beach).Its owned by two Australians - Bruce and Wendy Chapman and they keep their property in a spotless condition. They have about 12 rooms and prices start around 85,000 RP - really great value for money. The food is terrific too - can't speak highly enough about this little gem.
