These are totally separate buildings. The Hotel is right on the beach, and has 4 pools. The rooms are all either facing the pools or the gardens.
The Jayakarta Apartments are leased out by private owners and are away from the main hotel near the road.
The Hotel is an excellent place to stay, you can walk out your room to the pools from some rooms. You can have massages in a bale next to the pool or upstairs in a spa. You can have food and drinks brought to you around the pool or in your rooms.
It is also perfectly located for beachside restaurants.
