I buy them over there and always bring some home.You can buy them from any circle k store or any small shop or supermarket. they come in small packs of 4 for about 20-30 aust cents each and compared to what you can get over here very good.The ingredients are listed on the back and are much stronger than ones here(eg demazon,sudafed etc)one brand is pro cold but there are several different ones.Hope this helps
