I have just spoken with a couple of buyers from stage two - currently under construction.
They have received no updates since Xmas, but believe their final settlement will be around September.
This is based on feedback from people recently there, and not based on any formal advice from the developers.
Having said that, Taynics hubby is in the game (even though the game is somewhat different!!) and may have a conflicting or supportive view.
