We stayed at the Kuta Townhouses in November 2007. Our room was on the top floor so we had an excellent view of all the building that was going on for Stage 2. The builders started work at 8am and finished at 5pm. The main noise was the cement mixers working for this period of time. When in our room we could not hear any noise, and even when sitting around the pool the noise was not that bad. I would think that by now most of the outside work would almost be complete and they would start working on the interiors. We are due back to the KTH in 5 weeks so I will post a message regarding where they are up to then.
