Criticism centered around the poor warung/restaurant owner not making a quid on drinks, deprivation of income etc.
The fact that most of the places we go to don't have these drinks as an option was neither here nor there, as was the fact that we always ask, and as long as we are eating or Bintanging as well....never a problem.
Is this a "tightwad" practice, or a realistic practice given that the establishment could not provide it anyway (Also goes for wines if you are a bit of a non "W.O.T.Gods or Hattons fan".
