try to follow these clear as mud directions. If coming from Kuta, the bypass road travels east-west into Sanur. It then takes a sharp turn to travel north-south.
Just before this 90 degree bend there is a road named Batu Sari, it travels north and meets with Muktisari.
Jalan Tunggak Sari can be reached by turning either right or left at this point. It is a crescent shaped road that meets twice with Muktisari.
There are a number of small roads(gangs) leading off from Tunggak Sari. These are then known as block a,b,c... or 1,2,3....
A number of expats live in that area. Rent can be quite cheap ranging upwards from $2,500 Aud per year.
When you get lost, head directly south towards the beach you will end up at my place, feel free to call in for a beer.
