puri Ayu is down the southern end of Sanur, and probably as close to the beach as Rons. Down a lane, beachside of the Cat and Fiddle. Inexpensive, the deluxe rooms are pretty good. Towells are the same as the big hotel next door, and we would just walk around and use their beach chairs. It was no problem.
