I would agree, the price quoted by phone for roots tinted and tiny trim had gone up 400,000. I also felt the daughter was too "up herself" to be bothered doing my hair, If another person came in, she would just leave me to go see to them, even though Mum was managing quite well, and spoke down to her mum in front of me. it wasnt much cheaper than home. I had no problem with the quality of work however.
