Apply the KISS principle, like keep it simple, stupid. Have 25 US dollars in your sweaty hand and give to the man at the desk where it says 'Visa on Arrival'. He will then put a nice looking hologram in your passport along with a receipt, and it will take about 30 seconds. If you are obtuse enough to try and pay with German marks or Swedish kronar, or the contents of your kiddy-bank, be prepared for some delay and the abuse of the 300 passengers waiting behind you. After that, look up about 30 degrees and you will see big pointy things that indicate where you should go. Don't get lost, otherwise your VOA will expire.
