Just a tad over three hours in a plane.
Perth is one hour ahead of Bali in Western daylight saving time (now), but is on the same time the rest of the year.
If you catch the Garuda flight from Perth at 9am (8am Bali time), you will arrive in Bali at around 11.20.
When you get there, put your watch back one hour, and then throw it away because you won't need it!!
