Do you mean $30-$35 per person or per room? If it is $35 per room I don't like your chances as that is way under what the asking price is.
Besakih Beach Resort is in a terrific position on the beachfront, about the best stretch of beach, great hotel and their best price that is available is $65AUD (incl. b/fast) per room per night. I did manage to get a better price thru Qantas Holidays but only if you book 7 nights as that way if you pay for 5 you get 7 (inc. b/fast) and that worked out at $390 for the 7 nights.
