They are reasonably spacious and comfortable, and very close to one of the pools, the restaurant and the sea-front walkway. Unless you have first-class eyesight, or you prefer dim, buy a couple of 100w screw-base bulbs, so that your SO can see to apply his or her makeup. 8/10 for the restaurant if you ignore the dogs. As I said, best Nasi in Sanur. Or anywhere else for that matter. Excellant positioning for other Sanur restaurants - like directly opposite across the road, top food and service.
Peneeda also has other accommodation, like lumbung and family suites. The front part of the complex, being the angklung and traditional dining areas seeemed to be out of use when we were there, however we are not late-nighters, so who knows?
We WOULD stay there again, so that's the acid test !
