is well under way, and in November, I had some issues which were swiftly rectified.
As an owner, I am updated on progress with stage 2 (although I have no real interest in it)and I believe that the "noisy" part of construction is just about done I.E. The structure is up, and there is now the finishing to be done.
From memory, the anticipated completion date was first around march this year, but to be honest I doubt that.
Looks more like maybe Sept to me, but as I say, a lot of that will be interior fixing and decoration etc, so not too bad.
It will certainly bring a new dimention to KTH, including a large new lap pool.
Renos and additions are the go at the moment around Kuta, as more confidence comes into the market, and some impact more than others.
Sorry that you struck a particularly noisy time Loui, but glad you were able to get alternate accom. and your trip worked out OK.
